We will respond to your request within one month. This period may be extended by two additional months for complex requests, in which case we will inform you of the extension and reasons for the delay.

Data Transfers

As a Singapore-based organisation, personal data collected from EEA residents may be transferred to and processed in Singapore. When we transfer personal data outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as:
